HYPOTHETICAL FULL-TIME REGULAR TOUR OF DUTY FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES This is used to compute retirement benefit for part-time employees. This will usually be 80 hours for a bi-weekly pay period. There are, however, a few exceptions where the number of hours that comprise a full-time schedule may be higher or lower than 80 hours.
